Reduced to basic terms, experience has
proven that there are 8 essential criteria which must be
successfully mastered for you to be well represented.
Producing world class service for each client is the baseline from
which all of our other accomplishments begin. Here are those 7
critical elements in action.....
-
Superior ethics - every
agent we provide must possess superior ethics. That means
going beyond what is legal or illegal in any particular action,
and accomplishing what's right. That means obtaining the
highest price the market will bear for our sellers, and
obtaining the absolute best price and terms possible for our
buyers.
-
Leadership - to be
successful in any business, you've got to have leadership.
That means high performance thinking, and a willingness to
accomplish more than anyone else ever thought possible.
Our way of thinking manifests itself in a very common
saying..."If it's difficult, give us a couple of hours to get it
accomplished. The impossible takes a little longer."
Our company goal is to work with agents who are leaders, not
following behind the pack.
-
Motivation, Desire, & Drive
- what good would all the education in the world do for a person
who's not motivated to accomplish their goals. Absolutely
nothing. In order for you to be properly represented, your
agent must have the desire to do what it takes to get the job
done. Our agents are hand selected and chosen based on
their desire to master the task of solving problems. Each
of our agents has the drive to do what it takes to accomplish
your goals.
-
Technical Competence -
technical competence is the cornerstone of our industry, so we
take this area of philosophy very seriously. Sure, anyone
can open a door and let you in, but only an agent who's
technically competent can show you what may lie just beneath the
surface. Many people honestly believe that the only reason
they need an agent is to open doors. If that's you, stop
reading right here. Champion agents must master the arts
of technology, communications, inspections, taxing, transaction
coordination, surveying, appraisals, market awareness,
negotiating, and situational awareness before they ever put you
in the car. We are where the rubber meets the
road, so to speak.
-
Natural Ability - we know
that good agents can be trained to handle the stress and adapt
to the situation at hand to accomplish your goals, however,
truly great agents are naturals in this industry. Our
field agents are reviewed for their natural ability during the
interviewing process. If they don't have what it takes,
they don't work for our company. It's that simple.
-
Interpersonal Communication
- successful agents possess the ability to master interpersonal
communication with their clients and the general public at
large. If you can't communicate, this is most assuredly
the wrong business to be in. Our goal is to keep you
informed every step of the way and to serve as your advocate
while purchasing or selling real estate in any of our service
areas.
-
Experience - much like
education, nothing can really replace experience in the field.
No matter what you've heard, no matter where you've been, what
will most often make the difference between success and failure
is the experience your real estate representative brings to the
table. People experience is transferable between
industries, field experience in real estate markets and
transactions is not. We bring you the experience not only
of our field agents, but our entire company. It's not
unusual to see several of our agents working on the same
transaction as a team to make it all happen. It's our way.
